The judges at Top 10 Broadband caried out extensive research on all mobile broadband providers before coming to the conclusion that 3 mobile broadband was the best.

Among the factors explored by the judges were:

Cost of mobile broadband device
Download allowance in packages
Package flexibility
Availability of laptop options
