Be Broadband offers IT support offer to customers

Be Broadband has announced the details of a new partnership to provide its customers with on-site IT support.
The internet service provider (ISP) will offer its ADSL broadband users access to Geeks-on-Wheels, a company that specialises in support for homes and small businesses.
Be members will be given a 15 per cent reduction over the company's standard rate if they choose to call out a professional to help them clean PCs of viruses or spyware, recover lost data or setup new hardware and software.
Oli White, Head of Marketing at Be, said: "We're delighted to team up with Geeks-on-Wheels to give our members the best value when they need professional IT support at home.
"This partnership allows us to continue to provide the excellent service that Be members expect."
As part of the partnership between Geeks-on-Wheels and the ISP, new customers to the IT support service who sign up to Be Broadband will receive free connection and two months of line rental on all 12 month contracts.
Earlier this month, Be hinted at the possibility that it will be redesigning aspects of its new website following feedback it received from users.
