Posted 30th November 2009 at 9:05am by Kimberley Howson
Be Broadband has launched a new promotion which rewards members who recommend the service to their network of friends.
The internet service provider the first UK firm to offer ADSL2+ technology with download speeds up to 24Mb will offer subscribers the chance to earn £30 credit for every new member they get to sign up to BE.
Through the Spread the Love broadband offer, members will receive an extra £30 if six friends join up granting them a total of £210 the equivalent of a year's fee internet service.
Be Broadband members new or existing - have until December 31st 2009 to get their friends to register.
Tom Williams, Head of Operations at the firm, said peer-to-peer relationships are "built into the way the online world works".
He added: "We hear word-of-mouth recommendations by our members almost every day, so we wanted to say thanks. Hopefully our members will get all of their friends to sign up, and everyone will have a very merry Christmas with Be."
ISP Review recently praised Be Broadband for the "real-world speed" of its services and incredibly low pricing.
