Company history
Eclipse Internet is a UK-based ISP which operates from Exeter, Devon. The company is best known for its fantastic commitment to its customers and, consequently, the unbeaten customer satisfaction response. For example, 90% of existing customers say they are so satisfied with Eclipse’s reliability and support that they would recommend the ISP to friends and family.
The company was established in 1995 and specialised in providing dial-up services to homes and businesses in the South West. Since then the company has expanded and now serves customers right across the UK, providing both dial-up and broadband services.
Eclipse first began to provide broadband services through BT’s existing ASDL service in 2001. By 2004 they were bought out by Kingston Communications and a year later began providing combined digital services, providing excellent rates on digital television, landline and broadband packages.

Alternatively their lines are open 8am to 8pm weekdays and 9am to 5pm Saturday for technical support, and 9am to 5.30pm weekdays for customer services.

I'm made up with Eclipse. Been with them for three years and not a single outage. Can't ask for more.

I've been with them for about 3 years now, initially ok but wouldn't recommend them to anyone anymore. Heavy peak-time throttling and choked off-peak speeds are the norm now.
Reliable; yes. Customer service; yes. Monthly d/l allowance; restricted and slow. Price; overpriced and uncompetitive.
Consumers deserve a much better deal per £ than Eclipse are willing to provide.

I've been with Eclipse for a few years now and the quality of service has been excellent. I get 6-7downlink and 0.5 uplink on a consistent basis. Their customer support is great and the website allows you to do a lot of configuration changes quickly and easily. I would definitely recommend them.
