Company history
T Mobile, previously known as One 2 One, is the UK arm of European telecommunications company T Mobile International which is based in Bonn, Germany. T Mobile International was set up in 1990 by the German group Deutsche Telekom and this is where it gets its name, an abbreviated form of 'Telekom Mobile'.
17 years later T Mobile International is thriving in the mobile phone industry with a stronghold over the European market, particularly in countries such as The Netherlands, Austria and Germany. With such a wealth of experience and loyal customer base it is a natural line of development from mobile network operation to the provision of mobile broadband.
With over 1.9 million subscribers in the UK alone this makes T Mobile the second largest mobile network after O2. But it’s not all work and no play and T Mobile is keen to demonstrate its support of European football and cycling teams, they are the proud kit sponsors of teams including Bayern Munich and West Bromwich Albion.

Worst piece of rubbish I have ever bought, hands down. I bought this ages ago when dongles first came out. It was really hard to set up and I was distinctly unimpressed by the customer support who just ran through a list of instructions from a sheet.
As for the dongle itself, you don't get coverage anywhere. I live in a big city and can't get it anywhere that doesn't take about 10 minutes to load one page. Meanwhile, the unlimited data download was an absolute lie. You get 3GB on my plan and that's used up in about five days usually and I only use the internet a typical amount.
The guy in the store said: "Oh you'll never use 3GB in a month unless you're downloading loads of movies every day" Uhm ok MASSIVE LIE then. After the allowance is used up, between the hours of 4 in the afternoon and 12 midnight you can't even open the iTunes store, let alone do anything else.
I'm really, really upset and disappointed by this piece of rubbish. I will never go with T-mobile again. Please help all those people who are stuck with these awful contracts by not buying this!!

T-Mobile broadband coverage is terrible, even in central London. Stick with your landline

VERY disappointed. I attempted to purchase the 3 months pre-paid mobile broadband deal for £44.03, however in the first instance, no-one at the store was even sure how to make the sale! Not a great start!
Got home and tried the device - alas - it was only setup for regular use and gave me the option to opt into paying £2 for the first day and getting the following 30 days for free - NOT what I subscribed to.
Took the device back and it was then exchanged - unsurprisingly the same problem occured. After asking for a refund I was advised I wouldn't get the full amount back, just the dongle cost (nothing for the £5 credit I had to buy, which wasn't advertised).
TRULY OUTRAGEOUS! Seriously below par cusomter service and my customer satisfaction with T-Mobile is non-existent.

Had web n walk since end of last year and all of a sudden no blue LED light. I'm barely crawling and it took six minutes to get on to this site. Any ideas? I'm taking it back to shop tomorrow...

Easy to install and use but the network coverage is variable. Sometimes I get 1meg other times it's slower than the old 56k dial up connections.

Me too! I read some reviews and it seemed like the reception could be dodgy but I have my mobile phone with T-mobile so I thought I'd stick with what I know... glad I did, it's great!

I'm lucky to be actually on the site leaving a review. I have an E220 T-Mobile dongle and I can only think of one word to describe its performance. Pathetic.
