Website Manager

Central London, £24k-30k dependant on experience.

Top10.com is looking for a bright and ambitious person to help us manage our industry-leading comparison websites.

At Top10 our websites are the hub of everything we do and crucial to the success of our business. We have the UK's largest telecoms comparison website with over 1.5 million unique visitors each month, creating thousands of broadband and mobile phone sales. We are continuously innovating and improving, and we've won awards for the design and performance of the site.

The role involves:

  • Working across the design, technical, commercial and marketing teams to plan and launch new website features
  • Writing and editing content using our CMS to ensure our site stays bang up to date
  • Organising and running team meetings and making sure projects get launched on time
  • Managing bugs in the site, ensuring they get resolved to a high standard
  • Checking and testing our site and making sure it looks stunning in all browsers and on computers
  • Producing reports for the team on the performance of the site and pointing out new opportunities
  • Responding to enquiries from our visitors and helping them find the information they need

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is educated to degree level
  • Has excellent attention to detail and loves making things perfect
  • Is very well organised and able to deal with several things at once
  • Is bright and quick to pick up new skills and ideas
  • Is passionate, hard-working and willing to commit to a fast-growing business

Experience of project management, web design or website editing is beneficial but not essential; and we will provide training for the successful candidate.

Display Manager

Central London, £26-32k dependant on experience

We are looking for a highly motivated Online Display Manager to join our growing marketing team and assist us in delivering incremental sales through large scale and multi-faceted banner advertising campaigns for Top10.com.

The role will encompass:

  • Planning and buying display advertising and online media primarily on a CPM basis across all the major ad networks and relevant websites
  • Managing big-budget display campaigns effectively with potential for monthly spend to grow to many £100ks per month in a short space of time
  • Analysing performance and optimizing commercial return from banner advertising on Top10's own web properties

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic with a genuine passion for display media. You will be driven to hit sales and ROI targets and have great attention to detail. You will be incentivised to assist us in consistently exceeding expectations through intelligent display and explore the latest technology in re-targeting methods.

You will be of graduate caliber, with a minimum of two years’ work experience in display and banner buying or other experience that shows you can shine in this space.

We’re looking for a rising star in display media with a hunger and passion to make a real impact.

The successful candidate will be part of a close, friendly team who strive to excel.
