Great design and interface. An intimate version of Facebook for close friends only. Similar to Instagram in that the focus is primarily on sharing photos.

Domo

Launched to great applause at Launch Conference 2011, Domo allows users in close proximity to communicate (why talk?) and discover each others interests. I could be wrong, but don't think its currently down-loadable. The speech at Launch Conference is worthy of its place here (for now).
