Based on this assessment and your desired topics, a personalized learning plan will be created and tailored to your language goals. 

In addition to general language courses, Promova also offers specialized programs in Business English, English for Travel, and English through TV series for basic everyday conversations. You can choose lesson durations between 25, 50, and 90 minutes and be guided by experts who’ll give immediate feedback on your progress. 

You can also join discussions of different topics with people worldwide in a free English Conversation Club and enhance your communication skills. Promova is available on Android and iPhone devices. You can easily switch from browser to mobile to access your sessions and make your learning journey suit you.

How to Get Started With Promova

To get started with Promova, follow these steps:

1. Visit the Promova sign-up page.

2. Enter your valid email address.

3. Create a secure password with at least 6 characters. For stronger security, Use a strong password that includes uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.

4. Click "Sign Up" to complete your registration.

Promova also has social login options. You can sign up using your existing Apple ID or Google account details, so you don’t have to remember another password.

How to Cancel a Promova Subscription

If you paid for your registration on the App Store:

1. Open your mobile app settings

2. Click your name

3. Select the "Subscriptions" tab

4. Find the subscription you want to manage

5. Choose to cancel

Note: The lifetime membership is a one-time payment and won't be listed in your packages list.

To cancel a plan purchased through Google Play:

1. Go to play.google.com

2. Select "My Subscriptions"

3. Choose the option you want to cancel

4. Click "Manage"

5. Confirm your cancellation by tapping "Yes" in the confirmation window

To end a registration purchased directly from the Promova website:

1. Log in to your account

2. Go to the "My Profile" tab

3. Select "Payments and Subscriptions"

4. Find the package you want to cancel

5. Click the three dots in the top corner

6. Tap on "Cancel Subscription"

7. Fill out the questionnaire

8. A success screen will show that it's complete

To resume a plan you bought on the App Store or Google Play, follow the cancellation steps, but finish by selecting "Purchase" or "Re-subscribe." If you paid directly through the Promova website, contact the support team at support@promova.com for assistance with reactivating your account.
