How to Cancel or Pause a Gousto Subscription

To cancel or pause your Gousto subscription, go to your profile on the mobile app, then “Manage Subscription.” Scroll down and tap “Cancel Subscription.” 

To pause your subscription, go to “Subscription Settings” on your account on Gousto’s website. Then click on “Pause Subscription.” If you have any boxes for which you’ve already chosen recipes, you’ll have to cancel them individually.

To reactivate your subscription, go to “Subscription Settings” on your account on Gousto’s website and click on “Reactivate subscription.” Alternatively, you also have the option to order a one-off box without having to reactivate your subscription.

Is There a Gousto App?

It also offers 50% off and free delivery on your first box, 40% off your second box, and 20% off all other orders in your first two months. Delivery starting with your second box is not included.
