What’s Unique About True Fare?
True Fare was founded by a classically trained chef and boasts one of the more culinarily rich menus you’ll find in the field of meal delivery services. Chef Bradford graduated from the renowned Culinary Institute of America and puts just as much emphasis on flavor profiles as he does on compliance to ketogenic and paleo diets. This means that customers get the full dining experience in addition to an easy way to adhere to their health and lifestyle goals.
With its strict quality standards, True Fare stands behind its eco-friendly mission with actual practice. Ingredients are sourced from local farms that the chefs know personally. Organic chicken, grass-fed beef, heritage-breed pork, and free-range turkey are the centerpieces of wholesome, nutritionally dense meals that are packed with vitamins.
The work that True Fare’s chefs, nutritionists, and ingredient scouts put into their meals is almost easy to overlook when your food arrives at your home. Despite the thought and care put into each recipe, the meals come prepared and ready to eat after simple reheating.
How It Works
True Fare allows you to subscribe to meal plans or make one-time purchases. To purchase a plan, choose between Whole30, AIP, or Keto Carb meal plans. The Whole30 meal plan features 2 different menus. You will be given the option to set up a subscription and customize your delivery schedule. Alternatively, you can opt for a one-time purchase. Pick which plan you want and continue to check out.
There is a separate page that allows you to purchase individual meals or smaller bundles of 5 meals. Follow a similar procedure for these; add the items to your cart and proceed to checkout where you’ll provide your shipping and billing information.
Meal Options
True Fare offers 3 distinct meal plans: Whole30, AIP, and a Keto/Low Carb plan.
Whole30 meals: Created in strict compliance with the Whole30 diet as outlined in the New York Times #1 bestselling cookbook “The Whole 30: The 30-Day Guide to Total Health and Food Freedom.” Whole30 meals are low-carb, adhere to the paleo diet, and are free from sugar, grains, dairy, and legumes. The Whole30 menus include dishes, such as tandoori chicken, smoked pulled pork, and turkey chili.
AIP meals: AIP stands for autoimmune protocol, a healing diet devoid of nuts, seeds, seed-based spices, nightshades, and eggs. True Fare offers specialized meals compliant with the elimination phase of the AIP diet. All AIP menu items are also Whole30 compliant and paleo as well.
Breakfasts: True Fare offers a large breakfast menu with items that adhere to paleo, Whole30, and AIP standards. Whole30 breakfasts feature house-made turkey, pork, and roasted chicken skillets flanked by sweet potatoes, bell peppers, and onions. AIP breakfasts include chicken hash and turkey and pork sausage mixes. AIP breakfasts are a total of 6 ounces, with 3 oz. of protein and 3 oz. of vegetables.
