Moving Process

During the call, Country Mile will instruct you to walk around your home and will take inventory of your furniture and belongings for the coming move. Once you and the Country Mile team finalize the overall inventory and distance of the move and confirm any special requests or requirements, Country Mile will give you a final quote. This quote is a firm not-to-exceed offer, meaning that your final bill is guaranteed to be at or below this amount.

At this point, you will also finalize the moving date and time. On moving day, the team contracted by Country Mile will arrive at your home. If you requested packing/unpacking, they will pack your belongings into the truck and unpack them under your instructions at your destination. Movers frequently offer partial packing/unpacking, so you can request their help with just a few heavy or especially large items and pack or unpack the rest yourself.
