How the University of Arizona Global Campus Works
The University of Arizona Global Campus is entirely online and never requires you to visit the University of Arizona’s campus.
Students can select their degree program and start taking courses on their schedule. Courses are five to six weeks in length, and you can take one at a time or enroll in multiple courses simultaneously to achieve your degree faster.
Online courses involve a combination of downloadable textbooks, pre-recorded lectures, and online group discussions. All classes are asynchronous.
How to get started with the University of Arizona Global Campus
You can start with the University of Arizona Global Campus by online browsing the available degree programs. The Global Campus website has a degree finder quiz that will suggest degrees based on your interests.
Once you find a degree program you’re interested in, you can request more information. You’ll need to provide your name, email, and phone number. An enrollment officer will contact you by phone to explain the enrollment process, including tuition costs and how to transfer credits. You’ll then receive access to the online application, which you can submit with no application fee.
After enrolling at the University of Arizona Global Campus, you can view available courses for your degree program and sign up for your first class. It’s easy to track your credits and see what courses are required to complete your degree.
Terms and fees
The University of Arizona Global Campus offers transparent tuition rates for its degree programs. Undergraduate programs cost $460 per credit, master’s programs cost $600-$740 per credit, and doctoral programs cost $812 per credit.
Undergraduate degrees require 120 credits, while master’s degrees require between 30-48 credits based on the program type. For a doctoral program, 59-62 credits are required based on the program. You can transfer approved college credits toward your bachelor's program at UAGC.* These credits may reduce the cost of earning a degree through Global Campus.
There’s no fee to apply for the University of Arizona Global Campus. In addition, you can attend the first three weeks of your course without paying tuition to ensure that Global Campus is the right fit for you.
Financial aid is available through scholarships and grants, including grants specifically for military veterans. The University of Arizona Global Campus also partners with major companies like Walgreens, T-Mobile, and Banner Health to offer discounted tuition rates to their employees.
*The transferability of credits is subject to the University of Arizona Global Campus transfer credit policies and requires the submission of official transcripts. The official transcripts will be evaluated to determine the credits that will officially apply toward a UAGC degree program.
