Xendoo Ease of Setup and Use

Getting started is fast with Xendoo. You’ll create an account on its website to select a plan to access the free trial, though note that you must provide your billing information first. You’ll receive a free, scheduled onboarding call—set to last about 45 minutes—to discuss the state of your business and review your balance sheet and profit and loss details. 

The platform is straightforward and intuitive to use on desktop and mobile, with simple layouts. Menus are clearly labeled, and the dashboard gives you an overview of your accounts.

Xendoo offers monthly and annual plans ranging from $195-$945 per month ($175-$833 annually). The business’s monthly expenses determine the pricing; the higher the monthly expenses, the higher the plan cost. 

Each subscription includes a dedicated bookkeeper, balance sheets, profit & loss statements, cash basis and modified accrual bookkeeping, account charts, monthly trend graphs, and a mobile app. Xendoo's subscriptions also include Xero, and for a small fee QuickBooks can be used. 

Since businesses have unique needs, Xendoo offers custom plans upon request. You can switch plans anytime, and the switch will take effect on the first day of the following month. Moreover, you can cancel your plan anytime, and it will run until the end of that month. Billing is done on the first day of the month for services for that month, and you can save money by paying annually. 

There’s also a free trial for one calendar month offering balance sheets, a dedicated bookkeeper, profit and loss statements, and other features. Xendoo notes that their customers will save additional money because professional services (like accounting) are 100% tax-deductible.
