Toco Warranty Plans

Toco Warranty has one plan with four levels of coverage.

The Orange level provides exclusionary coverage, which lists components that aren’t covered instead of those that are. Vehicles with less than 100,000 miles on the odometer at the time of a claim, qualify for this level of coverage.

The Yellow level provides listed parts coverage for vehicles that have less than 150,000 miles on the odometer at the time of a claim. This level covers many components of your vehicle, including your engine, transmission, drive axle, electrical components, suspension, turbo/supercharger, steering, and more.

The Blue level, available for vehicles with less than 200,000 miles on the odometer at the time of a claim, provides coverage for your powertrain along with additional components that often need repairs. These systems include air conditioning, fuel system, and many electrical components.

The Green level is Toco Warranty’s most basic level, but any vehicle with less than 200,000 on the odometer will receive coverage until the odometer reaches 250,000 miles. This level covers your engine, transmission, drive axle, turbo/supercharger, and four-wheel drive transfer case. Hybrid vehicle options are also available.

To get a better idea of what coverage your vehicle qualifies for, you can visit Toco’s website to view sample contracts or give them a call to address any questions you may have.

Plan Exclusions

Although Toco plans cover thousands of parts on your vehicle, it does not provide coverage or benefits for any part not specifically listed in the schedule of coverages, wear and tear items, or if your vehicle qualifies for the Orange level of coverage.

A full list of these exclusions can be found in the sample contract listed on the Toco Warranty website. General maintenance, pre-existing conditions, and issues caused by a failure to perform maintenance aren’t covered. Other things that could void your policy include aftermarket alterations, unauthorized commercial use, and damage from things like fire, theft, or vandalism which fall on your insurance provider.

Toco Warranty Plan Pricing

Toco Warranty offers custom prices. Price estimates are available via an online quote tool, which we tested to help you get an idea of what you can expect to pay.

How to file a claim with Toco Warranty

If your car is driveable, you will need to take it to a licensed mechanic. Provide them with your contract and have them call Toco before repairs are carried out to ensure they are authorized. If your vehicle is disabled, call Toco to speak with an award-winning customer care agent who will schedule roadside assistance and get you to a mechanic of your choice.. Repairs will be made within a reasonable timeframe, but this can depend on your mechanic, how busy they are, and whether they need to wait for parts to arrive. Repairs are capped at the value of the vehicle when you make a claim, and there’s a lifetime repair cap of $15,000.

Is Toco Warranty Legit?

Toco Warranty has a great reputation across the web. It has an A+ rating from the BBB, along with just 62 complaints in the past 3 years. On TrustPilot, the company has a 4.4-star rating from 335 reviews. Toco has won several Gold Stevie Awards from 2021-2023 for its Customer Service Training or Coaching Program and Customer Care Department. What’s Unique About Toco Warranty?

One thing that sets Toco apart from other companies is that they offer month-to-month payments so you can pay as you go and cancel if you no longer need it. Instead of spending money upfront on several years of coverage or making a large down payment, you can choose to make smaller monthly payments. They have an award-winning customer care team and because they administer claims in-house, they control the experience from beginning to end, which most companies are not able to claim. Toco’s coverage and benefits offer comparable or better coverage than their competitors and provide a customer experience that elevates Toco above most others in the space.
