You can also customize your chosen gift—for example, some bouquets allow you to add on a vase at an extra cost. This would add $20 to the Classic Love bouquet, bringing the price of a Deluxe size to $131.

FloraQueen offers same- and next-day delivery for an additional $9, or delivery on any other day for $7.

FloraQueen is a one-time order flower delivery service. First, pick the flowers you’d like using the easy-to-navigate website. You’ll then need to choose your bouquet size and delivery city. Be aware that not all flowers are available in all locations, so you may need to change your bouquet choice. 

You can order flowers with same-, next-, or nominated-day delivery. However, there is no delivery on Sundays. 

FloraQueen offers email and WhatsApp support if you need help with your order. You can also set up delivery notifications to keep track of your bouquet.

I tested both the email and WhatsApp wait times. I had to wait overnight for a response to my email form. However, the response on WhatsApp was considerably quicker, coming in at three minutes. 

FloraQueen’s FAQs section is sparse, answering only basic questions like “How can I request an invoice?” or “How can I cancel my order?” Although this information is useful, I would hope to see more from a company that trades internationally. For example, international customers may want to know if they’ll be charged international texting fees if they sign up for delivery alerts from another country. 

FloraQueen’s blog includes interesting and helpful articles, such as “Flowers for People That Hate Fresh Flowers” and “A Guide to the Beautiful Rose.” However, it has not published any new articles since 2019. It would be good to see more recent and frequent updates on trends in the world of flowers and gifting.
